TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On completion of your order POP ONLINE will issue a Tax Invoice by email or fax which will include a freight charge, this charge will be based on the following:
AIRBAG Standard rates – Overnight* for delivery to CBD in all capitals by next working day* or up to two working days* for country regions - $15 plus gst up to 3 kilos and $25 plus gst for 5 kilos - provided goods fit into an airbag.
Northern Territory incurs an additional nominal surcharge from our carrier.

For bulkier items required overnight* we will quote on request, please note that our freight charges are very reasonably priced and allow most customers with urgent needs to ship affordably by air.

ROADFREIGHT is used for large or overweight items that will not fit into an airbag – this is a very affordable way of sending goods that are not required urgently. Ask us for a quote, you will be pleasantly surprised.

To keep our paperwork to a minimum, thus enabling us to pass on the savings by way of cheaper products, we request the following methods of PAYMENT:
1. Mastercard / Visa / Bankcard
2. Direct Payment or Telegraphic Transfer
3. Cheque
Goods will be shipped on receipt of funds.

All items remain the property of POP ONLINE until paid for in full. Any costs incurred by POP ONLINE and/or its agents in collection of monies owed on invoices shall be in addition to the invoice total and shall be recoverable from the purchaser.

*Where OVERNIGHT / NEXT DAY / PRIORITY / ROADFREIGHT or similar services are mentioned please be aware that POP ONLINE will not be held responsible for late delivery of goods. We make every effort to ensure that goods are despatched promptly, however exact time for deliveries cannot be guaranteed as this service is beyond our control.
